Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards on our site, allowing you peace of mind that your transaction is completely secure.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14 day returns policy. If you decide you no longer want any of your items then please get in touch with us via the contact form stating the reason why. Postage will need to be covered by yourself and don't forget to obtain proof of postage as we will not be responsible for any missing parcels.

If your parcel has arrived damaged or there is a problem with your order, then please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will be sure to replace/refund your order as soon as possible. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and the service we provide so hopefully this will never be the case. 

How do I use my Wax Melts?

Simply cut or snap off as much as you would like and pop the wax in the well of your suitable burner. Please be careful not to overfill your burner to avoid spillages and keep well away from children, pets and draughts.

How do I change my wax melt to a new one?

Light a 4hr tea light as you would do normally and wait 30 seconds, you should be able to slide the disc of wax straight out and replace. 
Please do not try to scrape the wax out with a knife as this will damage the burner. It is also not safe to put your burner in the freezer, as the sudden change in temperature once removed could cause your burner to crack.
